冷冷的冬天很適合烤些有著濃濃香料味的點心，今天用直徑4吋的活動模來烤，烘烤時間縮短至18～20分鐘左右，在蛋糕快要烤好的時候，就會聞到蜂蜜和香料的香氣哦！
